Cambridge International
At Roseville College, we are proud to offer a select range of Cambridge International courses, giving our students the opportunity to engage with rigorous, globally recognised qualifications. Founded in academic excellence and enriched by an international perspective, these courses encourage independent thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a deep understanding of each subject. Through this pathway, our pupils develop both the knowledge and the confidence to thrive in further study in an increasingly interconnected world.
As one of the few schools on Sydney’s North Shore offering the Cambridge IGCSE qualifications, Roseville holds a unique position. As well as developing a global perspective for students, this study is an opportunity to upskill for the academic demands of the HSC. Cambridge equips students with strong skills in creative thinking, intellectual exploration and problem solving, while providing an excellent foundation for pursuing international study opportunities.
In addition, these highly regarded qualifications can enhance future university applications, study opportunities and even employment applications. Available to students in Years 9 and 10, as part of their elective choices, are the following two-year courses:
– Chemistry
– Drama
– Physics
– Sociology
– World Literature
