‘ Since joining Roseville College, I have valued being part of a community that prioritises meaningful relationships, high expectations and continuous growth. The supportive culture empowers both students and staff to achieve their best’

Ben Steel, Social Science Teacher

Inspiring girls. Enriching lives. Growing together.

Since 1908, Roseville College has been a place where girls are encouraged to thrive – and where dedicated staff find purpose, community and professional growth. We know that our strength lies in the people who choose to work here; passionate educators and professionals who bring their expertise, integrity and heart to all they do.

We’re committed to attracting and supporting individuals who are not only leaders in their field, but who also share our Christian values and our vision for empowering young women. Our teachers are lifelong learners – curious, reflective and deeply invested in nurturing every girl’s potential, both academically and personally.

If you’re invited to interview with us, we welcome your questions – about our vibrant staff culture, professional development opportunities, team leadership, or simply what it’s like to be part of life at Roseville.
