About our Canteen, Café 1908
Café 1908 is open from 8am to 2pm every school day offering healthy options for breakfast, recess, lunch and afternoon tea. Run by Vanilla Blue, Cafe 1908 provides a delicious and wide range of healthy and nutritious meals, snacks and drinks. There are two menus available that change seasonally:
- A Café menu for over the counter service for Junior and Senior School attached below.
- A FlexiSchools menu for online ordering in advance. More information below.
Online Ordering
The Canteen uses an online ordering system via FlexiSchools, either online or via the Felxischool’s App. Simply go to www.flexischools.com.au and click “Register Now”. You will be sent an email with further instructions on how to complete the registration. Once registered, you can start placing orders immediately.
As well as being convenient for parents and staff, the online orders are much faster and easier for the canteen to process – so it makes everyone’s life a little easier. There are a variety of payment options supported, including Visa, Mastercard (credit and debit) and Bank Transfer. The system operates via a pre-paid account.
Special Consideration for Children with Allergies
Preparing lunches at home is a tradition for many families. However, variety and nutrition is the key to ensuring girls have the energy they need to engage fully in school life. The College asks families to avoid sending nut-based products to school, as we have students with anaphylaxis at the school.

If you have concerns about your child’s eating behaviour at school, please ask to speak with our Junior School Counsellor and/or Head of Junior School (Junior) or our Senior School Counsellor and/or the Head of Senior School/Principal (Senior) on 02 9884 1100.
