Dr Michelle Walker, Roseville College’s 11th Principal
Roseville College is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Michelle Walker as the College’s 11th Principal, commencing in January 2026.
Dr Walker is currently Deputy Principal at Roseville and brings a breadth of experience across both primary and secondary education, as well as the tertiary sector. Since joining the College in 2021, she has held several important leadership roles, including Director of Staff Services, Development and Community, and Head of Inclusive Learning.
Dr Walker is an exceptional educator and servant-hearted leader who embodies the College’s educational vision and Christian faith. She is known for her deep understanding of our community, strategic leadership, commitment to excellence, and holistic approach to education.
Dr Walker holds a Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Research, Master of Education, Bachelor of Arts with a Diploma of Education, and an Advanced Diploma in Business. Her academic research has focused on educational policy, family partnerships and teacher development.
Dr Walker is passionate about girls’ education in a Christian school environment and is committed to fostering a culture of compassion, academic excellence, and community where all girls are known and supported by a strong sense of belonging.
I am deeply honoured to lead and serve Roseville and to focus on what truly matters – a school where each girl is known and loved, and part of a community filled with opportunity as she grows in learning, in character and for life beyond the Bancroft Avenue gates.
