Welcome to Roseville College.
For over a century, Roseville College has been educating girls – a community of learning and a place to belong. Generations of Roseville girls have pursued academic rigour and challenge here, developing into confident and courageous women of character.
At the heart of a Roseville education is a simple but important commitment: each girl is known. We set high expectations and provide the encouragement and guidance each girl needs to meet them, empowering every student to pursue her personal best, to challenge herself, to take risks in her learning, to make mistakes and to have the courage to try again.
We value the whole girl. Learning extends well beyond the classroom through sport, performing arts, service, leadership and the rich co-curricular life of the College. Participation matters here. Whether a girl is an accomplished performer or trying something for the first time, we want her to get involved, discover what she loves, push herself and experience the confidence and connection that come from being part of something bigger than herself.
Our four foundations – Christian Faith, Community, Participation and Leadership – shape the women we seek to develop. Grounded in our values of Truth, Love and Hope, we are deeply Christian and deeply inclusive, warmly welcoming all into our community. We believe we are known and loved by God and, because of this, seek to know and love each one of our Roseville girls.
We also believe leadership belongs to every girl. At Roseville, leadership is not simply a title held or a badge worn; it is one life influencing another, for good. We want our girls to leave us with the character, courage and servant heart to use their gifts and talents in the service of others.
Holding firm to what matters, our purpose is clear: to equip each Roseville girl with a deep sense of purpose – for learning, for character and for who she will become.

Dr Michelle Walker, Principal
Dr Michelle Walker is Principal of Roseville College. She has a breadth of experience across both primary and secondary education, as well as the tertiary sector. Most recently, since joining Roseville College in 2021, she has held several key leadership roles, including Deputy Principal, Director of Staff Services, Development and Community, and Head of Inclusive Learning.
Dr Walker is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company of Directors and holds a Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Research, Master of Education, Bachelor of Arts with a Diploma of Education, and an Advanced Diploma in Business. Her academic research has focused on educational policy, family partnerships and teacher development.
Dr Walker is passionate about girls’ education in a Christian school environment and is committed to fostering a culture of compassion, academic excellence, and community where all girls are known and supported by a strong sense of belonging.
