Centenary Celebrations 1908 - 2008

2008 marked an important milestone in the history of Roseville College, when the community came together to celebrate its Centenary. It was a time of honouring our past, celebrating our present and looking forward with hope and confidence to the future.

A Centenary Committee, chaired by Mrs Elizabeth Selleck (member of the College Council and a past parent) organised many events for the year:

Centenary Events 2008

  • The launch of Memories & Dreams, Roseville College 1908-2008 (a book on the history of Roseville College)
  • A Centenary Quilt designed and created by the Old Girls' Union
  • School Birthday Party, 29 February 2008
  • Official opening of the Joy Yeo Centre and Open Day, Saturday 5 April 2008
  • Centenary Dinner, Friday 15 August 2008
  • Back to Roseville Day for old girls and past parents, Saturday 25 October 2008
  • Thanksgiving service Sunday 26 October 2008
