Welcome from the Principal

Welcome to Roseville College!

Roseville is a unique and engaged learning community, dedicated to providing a caring, personal education for young women. We focus on preparing our students to play a role, locally, nationally, and internationally. We encourage our girls to focus on making a difference in their world, to be proactive in bringing about solutions, and on improving what already exists. We fully expect that our young women graduate Year 12, equipped and ready to engage in life long learning, to be the best they can be, personally and vocationally.

Our school is founded on wonderful traditions and strong foundations. We have spent much of 2008 celebrating our Centenary year, looking back with thanks, and forward with excitement!  We have a clear vision: to encourage and enable every girl to reach her potential, and nurture her towards being a woman rich in character, wisdom, faith and action, with a heartfelt commitment to service within the wider community. For this vision to become a reality, our mission focuses on providing girls with a contemporary, dynamic and relevant learning experience marked by a passion for excellence, and grounded in the ethos and values of the Christian faith.

Roseville is a school renowned for its pastoral care and respect for every member of our learning community. We provide a wide range of opportunities and experiences for our girls, designed to challenge, and inspire. We want students to extend their thinking about their limitations, to be resilient and good humoured in the tough times, and to understand they can make a difference if they stand up and make it happen. Roseville College is a school that encourages young women to strive for personal excellence, to be the best they can be, in all areas of their world, and in whatever field of endeavour they choose to pursue.

Our website captures a little of the rich diversity of life at Roseville. I would encourage you to visit the College in person, and to witness our community in action. We would be delighted to meet with you, to answer any questions you may have on life at Roseville College, and to welcome you.
